What you will do

• Develop and maintain robust data models to support commercial analytics and forecasting.
• Lead volume forecasting initiatives to inform strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Perform deep data analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Design and implement dashboards and visualization tools for senior leadership and field teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into decision-making processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in analytics methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, forecasting, or commercial insights within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
• Expertise in building and managing complex data models and performing advanced statistical analyses.
• Proven experience in volume forecasting and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
