What you will do
- Develop and maintain robust data models to support commercial analytics and forecasting.
- Lead volume forecasting initiatives to inform strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Perform deep data analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Design and implement dashboards and visualization tools for senior leadership and field teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into decision-making processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics methodologies and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, forecasting, or commercial insights within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
- Expertise in building and managing complex data models and performing advanced statistical analyses.
- Proven experience in volume forecasting and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
