What you will do

• Define and analyze large datasets across multiple internal/external sources using SQL and Python.
• Demonstrate ability to present and provide actionable insights from data.
• Design an overall strategy for analytics that serves user needs.
• Define and model the semantic layer for scalable self-service analytics.
• Influence and educate stakeholders on appropriate data, tools, and visualizations.
• Mentor teammates on best practices around data analysis, architecture, governance, and modeling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data and Analytics, including data mappings, collection, modeling, governance, and analysis.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills to analyze data across multiple systems and platforms.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience creating analytics to enable data-driven decision making.
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process, with experience driving requirements and delivery with SCRUM teams.
