What you will do

• Work with data streaming and batch processing, including real-time platforms such as Kafka.
• Support customer data intake, data quality, and governance initiatives.
• Execute SQL queries and create reports using Tableau, Power BI, or MicroStrategy.
• Perform data ingestion, cleaning, and validation.
• Collaborate with teams on process, controls, and governance, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
• Support AI-related projects with a foundational understanding of AI concepts.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a developer, with a transition into a data analyst or reporting-focused role.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and reporting/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy).
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and data processing buzzwords.
• Knowledge of real-time data platforms (Kafka) and batch processing pipelines.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and governance processes.
• Work authorization: W2 ONLY
• Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC, 3 days on-site
