Salary: $89,500 – $94,000

What you will do

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns for global fundraising strategies.
• Create and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports for fundraising performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic recommendations based on data insights.
• Work with cross-functional teams (fundraising, marketing, finance) to integrate data-driven decisions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance data collection and reporting processes.
• Act as a technical leader, ensuring best practices in coding, statistics, and analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Proven experience with advanced data analytics tools (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
• More than two years of professional experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling and workflow orchestration tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, data visualization, and communication skills.
• Curiosity to explore complex problems and deliver actionable insights.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of marketing, ecommerce, or nonprofit fundraising analytics.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Heap, Amplitude, Salesforce, or similar CRM technology.
