Data Analyst II (Product Analytics): Driving data-driven insights and reporting in Product at hirify.global, focusing on reporting, analytics, and experimentation projects. Focus on data modeling, OKR development, and improving data availability, integrity, accuracy, and reliability.
Location: Hybrid role with the expectation to work onsite from our San Francisco hub location three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and travel 2–3 times per year.
Salary: $124,000–$145,800 USD Annually

What you will do
- Partner with Product and other technical stakeholders to prioritize analytical needs and support product launches.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve core product and performance reporting, including business-critical dashboards.
- Support experimentation and A/B testing through design, execution, analysis, and actionable conclusions.
- Create compelling data visualizations and storytelling assets to communicate insights to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with senior analysts on complex analytical projects, including data modeling and OKR development.
- Improve data availability, integrity, accuracy, reliability, and logging/pipeline quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience using analytics to tackle business problems.
- Strong SQL skills and intermediate understanding of experimental design (such as A/B experiments).
- Wizard at building business-critical dashboards/data visualizations (ideally within Hex or Looker, with strong LookML expertise).
- Experience with data modeling (dbt) or are eager to learn.
- Love data storytelling, creating a compelling narrative by extracting insights from data, and summarizing learnings / takeaways for executives.
- Enjoy communicating effectively and building relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
