Location: Expected to be in the office at least three days per week.

Salary: $203,875 - $251,550 (Greater Chicago Area)

What you will do

  • Hire, manage, and develop a High-Touch Customer Success team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and excellence.
  • Motivate the team to build trusted customer relationships and deliver clearly-defined value, driving consistent revenue growth.
  • Own customer relationships to build rapport and resolve challenges, serving as an escalation point.
  • Internally influence cross-functional partners to advocate for customer needs and opportunities, ensuring positive outcomes.
  • Proactively forecast, track, and report on KPIs related to growth and retention across the portfolio.
  • Leverage data insights to inform strategies and optimize team performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role within Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a CSM, Account Manager, or related customer-facing role at a B2B technology company.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving portfolio targets.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with cross-functional partners and customers.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and find creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to drive clarity for the team amid shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
