What you will do

• Lead and manage user research activities across multiple Government projects.
• Build and embed user-centred practices in new and existing teams.
• Align user research with wider plans to inform service propositions.
• Supervise and develop other user researchers, assuring and improving research practice.
• Advocate for inclusive practices and help teams design accessible services for diverse users.
• Advise on and apply a range of primary and secondary research methods, analysis, and synthesis techniques.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of User Research experience.
• Experience working to GDS design principles or equivalent standards in the UK Public sector.
• Must have experience managing or leading User Research.
• Full right to work in the UK.
• Eligible for Security Clearance.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from Leeds, United Kingdom.
