TL;DR

Lead Product Designer (Fintech): Shaping the evolution of hirify.global’s business model through customer experience, translating strategy into clear and valuable propositions. Focus on designing for growth-oriented areas like pricing, subscriptions, and customer lifecycle, and using data-informed experimentation to continuously improve outcomes.

Location: Must work from the office a minimum of 60% of their time over a 12-week period. Also has a 28-day Work from Abroad policy

Salary: £90K – £100K

What you will do

• Shape how hirify.global’s evolving business model comes to life through customer experience.
• Lead design across a set of ‘Customer Growth’ initiatives, ensuring customer needs and business goals are considered.
• Line-manage and mentor designers, setting direction, raising the quality bar, and helping the team deliver joined-up experiences.
• Use insight, craft, and data to continuously improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading Product Design or UX within consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience working on growth-oriented or commercially impactful areas.
• Strong hands-on design skills, with high proficiency in Figma.
• Experience designing and iterating through data-informed experimentation.
• Confidence designing for mobile apps and responsive web.
• Experience line-managing and mentoring designers.
