What you will do
- Execute qualitative research such as usability testing, user interviews, and concept testing to support product discovery and delivery.
- Support quantitative research activities where appropriate, working within existing approaches and guidance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to plan and deliver research aligned to agreed priorities.
- Synthesise findings into clear, actionable insights and share them with teams through presentations, reports, and workshops.
- Contribute to ongoing discovery and evaluation work across one or more product teams.
- Support and guide designers in doing some of their own small-scale research, e.g., simple usability testing and short surveys.
Requirements
- Proven applied UX or product research experience, ideally within digital products or services.
- Experience running hands-on qualitative research, with some exposure to quantitative methods.
- Confidence delivering research to defined briefs and timelines.
- Ability to interpret behavioural and attitudinal data and communicate insights clearly to non-researchers.
- Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, or engineers in a product development environment.
- A practical, delivery-focused mindset and strong organisational skills.
