What you will do

• Set up and coordinate user accounts, permissions, and access levels for Atlassian and other SaaS applications.
• Configure and manage integrations between various cloud-based software solutions.
• Safeguard the security and privacy of sensitive data within SaaS applications and mitigate risks.
• Provide training and support to end-users on proficient operation of SaaS applications.
• Monitor SaaS usage patterns to pinpoint areas for improvement, cost optimization, and eliminate redundant subscriptions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Atlassian and Slack application usage, and maintain configurations.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in SaaS engineering or a related IT role supporting productivity and collaboration tools.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
• Experience with various SaaS applications such as Jira, Confluence, Testrail, Unity, and Slack.
• Superb communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to prioritize and run multiple tasks effectively.
• Must be authorized to work in the job posting location on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
