What you will do

• Enable Stream-Aligned Teams: Build and maintain platform capabilities that empower business and engineering teams to deliver their products efficiently and at scale.
• Own Core Capabilities: Drive development of platform capabilities spanning analytics, workflow orchestration, and data integration, shaping their evolution from conception to production.
• Build Great Software: Design and develop clean, maintainable, and high-quality software. Conduct code reviews and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
• Shape Architecture: Collaborate on system design, tech stack decisions and optimizations for scalability, performance, and maintainability across platform and product boundaries.
• Guide technical direction for major initiatives, shape how the platform and products evolve, and mentor team members along the way.
• Work closely with colleagues to continuously improve processes, tools, and team practices while fostering a culture of learning and growing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, Clean Code and Clean Architecture.
• Ability to translate business problems into precise requirements, specifications and ultimately into code.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to link your daily work to team and company goals, balance cost and benefit, deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
