What you will do

• Design, write, and test high-quality software using practices like TDD, DDD, Clean Code, or SOLID Principles.
• Create resilient, secure, and performant applications capable of serving millions of requests per day.
• Define optimal technical solutions and infrastructure for new features in collaboration with architects, focusing on CI/CD.
• Be responsible for the quality, performance, reliability, and scalability of deliveries.
• Proactively find solutions to complex technical issues by understanding and considering business needs.
• Contribute positively to the team's technical growth and influence engineers across the product engineering department.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and stakeholders from multiple teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, specifically at a Senior level.
• Strong background in software design, writing, and testing using practices like TDD, DDD, Clean Code, or SOLID Principles.
• Experience in creating resilient, secure, and performant applications.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and ability to collaborate on architectural definitions.
• Legally authorized to work in Switzerland.
• Do not require visa sponsorship to obtain employment visa status.
