What you will do

• Act as the ultimate owner of people data, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and clear communication of key metrics.
• Proactively identify opportunities where analytics can strengthen strategic decision-making within the People function.
• Deeply understand end-user needs to refine HRIS business processes for simplicity, efficiency, and scalability.
• Partner with Finance, Payroll, and IT to ensure reporting is aligned and consistent across all departments.
• Manage key controls and data governance across People systems to ensure compliance and data integrity.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with complex datasets and applying advanced analytical methods to find the "why" behind the numbers.
• Functional knowledge of Workday HRIS is essential.
• Ability to partner with and influence senior leadership, balancing emotional intelligence with data-driven evidence.
• Expert-level skills in Excel and Power BI.
• A self-starter who thrives in results-oriented environments and can manage multiple priorities.
• Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance interdependencies.
