What you will do

• Build user-centred practices in new teams.
• Align user research activities with wider plans to inform a service proposition.
• Carry out user research and supervise and develop other user researchers to assure and improve research practice.
• Help teams understand the diversity of users and advocate for inclusive practices.
• Apply a range of methods to analyse research data and synthesise findings.
• Draw out key findings and implications, summarising and tailoring for different audiences.

Requirements

• 6 years plus User Research experience.
• Experience working to the GDS design principals or equivalent standards in the UK Public sector.
• Full right to work in the UK.
• Eligible for Security Clearance.
• Work to a Hybrid working model.
