What you will do

• Own and evolve core payment system
• Drive technical architecture and design decisions
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and external partners
• Lead complex projects end to end, from technical discovery and design through implementation, rollout, and ongoing optimization
• Identify opportunities for improvement and deliver solutions
• Help the team to get better by providing feedback on pull requests, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and suggestions how to improve team processes

Requirements

• PHP
• Symfony
• MySQL
• Docker
• Knowledge of/willingness to learn .NET
• Ability to solve large and complex problems
• Ability to deliver solutions from requirements gathering to monitoring performance in production
• Ability to ensure the quality of the delivered work
• Ability to use AI to improve productivity without negative impact on the quality
• Ability to cover the code changes with meaningful and thorough automated tests
• Experience integrating 3rd party providers
• Experience with monitoring the application performance

Nice to have

• Temporal - big advantage if you have some experience
• React - we use it only for internal tools
• Laravel - legacy monolith service that we are taking apart is built on it
