Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Engineering.
• Proven leadership skills in global engineering functions.
• Proven track record of managing large technology transformation projects in the financial industry.
• Extensive experience in C++, non-functional testing, and quality assurance.
• Expertise in Operating System and Performance Tuning, Database Optimization, high-performance, low-latency messaging, and distributed systems.
• Experienced in agile software development practices.
