What you will do

• Drive end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture, implementation, and testing.
• Partner with business, product, and UX teams to define and refine application requirements.
• Collaborate with DevOps to ensure reliability, scalability, and robust monitoring of infrastructure.
• Articulate business and technical strategies to the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide regular updates on progress, architecture decisions, dependencies, and roadblocks to the Development Director.
• Mentor team members to enhance technical expertise, development practices, and participate in recruitment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Frontend (JavaScript and TypeScript) and Full-Stack Development (any backend knowledge required).
• Consistent track record managing multiple projects and complex product development cycles in an Agile environment.
• Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams to deliver software projects under timelines.
• Ability to define product and technology vision for critical program components.
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• MBA and/or PMP certification.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform.
