What you will do

• Define and execute the BI strategy to shift the organization to a proactive, "intelligence-first" mindset.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Customer Experience, Trust & Safely, Marketing, and Product to align the BI roadmap with global goals.
• Define and operationalize enterprise KPIs and executive-level dashboards to ensure consistent measurement of business performance and accountability.
• Oversee the evolution of hirify.global's modern cloud data stack, ensuring it is optimized for high-performance querying, cost-efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Champion the use of AI and advanced analytics to automate insights, enhance forecasting, and surface proactive recommendations for the business.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading global BI functions within technology companies.
• Deep understanding of modern data stacks, specifically Databricks.
• Experience managing remote/distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, CS, Data Science) or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Strategic oversight or hands-on experience in implementing AI-driven automation and predictive analytics within a BI function.
• Familiarity with the digital insights, market research, or programmatic space.
