What you will do
- Own sales forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Develop financial models to support quota setting, territory planning, and revenue projections.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, trends, and performance metrics.
- Identify process gaps and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Customer Success) to align Go-To-Market strategies.
- Prepare and present business reviews, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytical roles within SaaS.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and planning platforms (Anaplan or similar).
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
