What you will do

• Support commercial and operational teams with analysis and insights.
• Analyze business performance, customer behavior, and operational metrics.
• Turn data into reports and insights used by leadership and functional teams.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand their questions and translate them into structured analysis and clear recommendations.

Requirements

• A couple of years of experience in analysis, consulting, operations, or similar roles.
• Comfortable working with data and drawing conclusions.
• Structured thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Able to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Curious about how companies grow and operate.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or BI/reporting tools.
• Experience from SaaS, consulting, or scaleup environments.
