Salary: $179,000 - $218,550

What you will do

• Design and build scalable backend and full-stack services using Ruby on Rails and React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features that improve the member and caregiver experience.
• Expand and maintain existing web applications and infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership in architectural discussions, code reviews, and system planning.
• Drive integration of observability, performance monitoring, and resiliency features.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on backend development.
• Expertise in at least one of the following languages: Ruby on Rails, Java, C#, Python, or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading delivery of complex technical projects or 0–1 product development.
• Fluency in SQL and modern data tooling (e.g., DBT, Snowflake).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tooling and developing integrations.
