Salary: $168,300—$227,700 CAD

• Design and build scalable software to reach millions of daily users.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to understand user needs.
• Develop and execute short and long-term roadmaps, balancing business impact, user experience, and technical quality.
• Contribute to team and company culture through mentorship and participation in new initiatives.
• Support fellow engineers through feedback, code reviews, and improvement of internal tools and processes.
• Ensure continuous service operation by participating in the team's on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of Experience
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding, or equivalent technical experience
• Demonstrated success in developing and deploying large-scale web applications with a user-focused approach.
• Proficiency in building user-facing software and supporting web/desktop systems and libraries.
• Ability to handle full-stack projects and deliver minimum viable products efficiently.
