TL;DR

Growth Development Representative (AI): Focusing on inbound marketing follow-up and pipeline development within cybersecurity. With an accent on engaging and qualifying prospects using agentic-powered workflows and AI agents for research and outreach. Focus on identifying customer needs and mapping them to hirify.global solutions to build inbound pipeline.

Location: Hybrid working model from our Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA office (3 days in office, 2 days from home). This position is for U.S. candidates only.

Salary: $21 - $30 per hour (with eligibility for commissions and equity grants)

What you will do

  • Engage and qualify prospects using agentic-powered workflows, insights, and automated intelligence.
  • Utilize AI agents to research accounts, tailor messaging, and execute high-quality outreach.
  • Activate demand by delivering personalized engagement across email, phone, social, and in-product channels.
  • Identify customer needs and pain points and map them to hirify.global solutions.
  • Develop inbound pipeline for Account Executives across assigned territories.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Marketing Ops, Product, and Sales to optimize GTM motions.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills with articulate presentation abilities.
  • Experience using CRM and Sales Engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc preferred).
  • Comfortable working with AI tools, automation platforms, or data-driven workflows.
  • Professional demeanor and confidence when engaging with business executives.
  • Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and translate them into business value.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and eagerness to learn about cybersecurity.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to enterprise software, particularly cybersecurity, cloud platforms, or AI technologies.
  • Experience collaborating across GTM teams.
  • Background in inbound lead generation or qualification.
