What you will do
- Manage posting and scheduling across Fabulous’ Original Video branded social channels.
- Drive growth, engagement, and revenue KPIs across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube.
- Create and execute platform-specific content strategies to boost reach, followers and community interaction.
- Analyse social data and audience feedback to inform best practices, testing, and innovation.
- Develop repeatable content frameworks (hooks, formats, CTAs, storytelling templates).
- Spot trends, sounds and formats that could inspire future videos.
Requirements
- Social-native: Chronically online and fluent in internet culture.
- Clear, accurate, and engaging writer with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Familiarity with publishing tools and video / image creation (Canva, Veed, Premiere Pro or similar a bonus).
- Proven experience leading social strategy and execution for a major media brand or publisher.
- Demonstrable success meeting or exceeding social revenue and engagement targets.
