What you will do

• Define and execute social & influencer marketing strategy across brands.
• Lead planning, development, and delivery of social content and campaigns.
• Oversee social reporting and optimize campaigns using analytics.
• Drive innovation by testing new formats, platforms, and influencer models.
• Build strong relationships with internal partners, agencies, and platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube).
• Act as a subject matter expert and inspire/develop a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Validated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing social team.
• Proven ability to define and lead data-driven social strategies.
• Deep understanding and experience with all major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
• Significant and validated experience in developing influencer strategy and management.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners and agencies.
• Strong editorial and visual judgment for content and creative excellence.
