What you will do

• Provide end-to-end FP&A support for senior leaders across Infrastructure and Engineering organizations.
• Partner with key stakeholders to plan, forecast, and manage Opex, enabling informed prioritization decisions.
• Develop and maintain long-range hiring plans that align with organizational strategy.
• Map engineering roadmaps to resourcing plans, ensuring headcount requests are supported by a clear business case.
• Conduct deep-dive financial analysis to surface new investment opportunities and cost-saving levers.
• Lead regular business reviews to deliver performance updates and guide strategic adjustments based on the latest data.

Requirements

• 8+ years of FP&A experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in Consulting, Big 4 Advisory, or investment banking.
• Experience partnering with engineering, operations, or product teams within technology companies.
• Proficiency with systems such as Workday, Adaptive, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly.
