Location: Hybrid, with an expectation of being in our SF office three days per week.

Salary: $161.5K - $218.5K

What you will do

• Enhance hirify.global’s AI-native and expert-review document generation workflows.
• Implement and integrate LLM-based solutions to improve customer outcomes.
• Build systems to evaluate efficacy, quality, and reliability of core customer deliverables.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of hirify.global’s document generation products at the forefront of applied AI.
• Partner with company leaders to execute mission-critical, high-impact initiatives.
• Uphold a high quality bar and apply data-driven insights to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Extensive experience building frameworks, libraries, and distributed systems—reliability, observability, and performance focused.
• Strong software development background with hands-on expertise in Python or languages such as Go, Java, Node.js, or C++.
• Proven ability to deliver production-ready software, including RESTful APIs and infrastructure to industry standards.
• Track record of owning and delivering complex projects from concept through deployment.
• Experience in fast-paced, startup or high-growth environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
