Location: Remote (US Only)

Salary: $119,000–$175,000 (base); Total on-target earnings: $148,750–$218,750

What you will do

• Partner with account executives to create deal strategies and customer engagements.
• Manage discoveries to uncover customer needs and business issues.
• Craft and design solutions based on hirify.global capabilities and industry best practices.
• Present and demonstrate solutions persuasively, managing questions and objections.
• Engage with product management to influence the roadmap based on market needs.
• Provide leadership by creating reusable solutions and mentoring other SCs.

Requirements

• PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or similar Life Science field.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience, ideally customer facing.
• Experience with scientific/informatics software such as LIMS, ELN preferred.
• Demonstrated capacity to effectively model scientific data and craft solutions.
• Understand research technology adopted by biopharma companies.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites 25-30%.
