Location: Boston, MA (hybrid, 3 days/week in Somerville office). This role primarily serves customers in the United States and is open to candidates across all US locations.

Salary: $92,000–$137,500 (annual base salary)

What you will do

• Provide design and implementation workshops for hirify.global Threat Intelligence.
• Capture requirements, illustrate workflows, and build data flow designs for incident response, threat intel, and vulnerability management.
• Scope and implement custom solutions leveraging the hirify.global API across various client architectures.
• Manage multiple client projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
• Create new use cases and playbooks, and perform tuning and troubleshooting in customer environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in Cybersecurity, Threat Intelligence, or Security Operations.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in engineering or consulting.
• Experience with SIEMs and other security tools (TIPs, Incident Management, Vulnerability Management, SOAR, EDR, Automation).
• Familiarity with Palo Alto XSOAR, Splunk SOAR, Swimlane, Rapid7, or ServiceNow SecOps/Vuln/TI.
• CTI experience and awareness of CTI team operations and capabilities.
• Ability to train clients on hirify.global’s APIs and integrations.
• Location: This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the Somerville, MA office.
• Must be based in the United States.
