What you will do

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on research activities for a given industry topic and consolidate findings into deliverables.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.
• Communicate regularly with global teams cross-functionally to contribute to global initiatives and promote Japan-specific initiatives.
• Play an active role in product governance initiatives for ongoing product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Native level in Japanese language
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• 2 - 6 years of experience in consultancy firms, research firms or asset management firms, with project management background.
• Experience in asset management or financial business preferred.
• Strong capability to thoroughly analyze details as well as having good macro view of events.
