Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle for hirify.global Pay (Online Payment), from mid- to long-term roadmap formulation to growth.
• Plan new features and lead comprehensive requirement definitions for payment services.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from merchants and partners to propose product improvements.
• Collaborate and align with engineering, design, sales, and legal teams to drive project execution.
• Manage project schedules and risks using WBS and issue tracking tools.
• Prepare and deliver proposal materials to secure approvals from senior management.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in service or product planning within the payments domain (e.g., credit cards, e-money, QR codes, or online payments).
• Proven experience driving the full development process from requirement definition to release.
• Practical project management experience using WBS and issue tracking.
• Strong ability to align diverse stakeholder interests through logical reasoning and relationship building.
• Leadership skills to drive difficult initiatives through to completion.

Nice to have

• Experience in people management (leading teams of approximately 5 members).
• Product management experience in web/IT services or smartphone apps (0-to-1 or 1-to-10 phases).
• Understanding of B2B2C business models, including payment gateways and SaaS.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
