What you will do

• Take ownership of specific internal products, managing the roadmap and prioritizing the backlog.
• Collaborate with business units to analyze daily processes, challenges, and system needs.
• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements in a structured manner.
• Partner with Engineering teams to ensure solutions are built to specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate communication between various business groups and technical teams regarding product status.
• Contribute to design discussions and provide input on the user experience of products.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into actionable system requirements and solutions.
• Business level proficiency in both Japanese and English (TOEIC 800+ required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in analyzing business processes to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Familiarity with change management principles or process/policy development.
• Ability to convert complex business functions into initial technical specifications.
• Basic understanding of budgeting or resource considerations in project contexts.
