What you will do
- Strategically manage the VP’s time and schedule to align with top business priorities and leadership effectiveness.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with the VP, their team, and key internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive operational tasks and strategic initiatives, tracking deliverables and ensuring stakeholder accountability.
- Orchestrate executive meetings by setting strategic agendas, facilitating decision-making, and driving follow-through.
- Handle domestic and international travel arrangements, financial administration, and team communications.
- Organize and execute internal and external business and team events, such as off-sites, talks, and seminars.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Proven track record in diary management, juggling multiple tasks, and effective prioritization with impeccable attention to detail.
- A self-starter who is highly organized, proactive, resilient, and adaptable to change under pressure.
- Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, and problem-solve effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Solid communication skills, active listening, and high emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Curiosity and ability to use AI tools practically and effectively while recognizing their responsible use and limitations.
