What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for SilentCloud across patient apps and professional web portals.
• Translate user, clinical, regulatory and stakeholder needs into compelling product features, priorities and business cases.
• Drive end-to-end customer journey design, UX/UI optimization, conversion rate optimization and funnel performance.
• Lead product launches from new releases.
• Define and execute localization strategies to ensure regulatory, cultural and clinical relevance across regions.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Privacy, Quality, Marketing, Sales and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Health Tech, Engineering, Computer Science, Business or Audiology); Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within digital health, health-tech, regulated software or medical devices.
• Strong customer-centric product mindset with hands-on experience in UX, CRO and multi-market localization.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and data privacy requirements for digital health applications is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to translate complex clinical and business requirements into actionable product solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a strong advantage.
