What you will do

• Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company goals and market demands.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of product management methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Solid understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Fluency in English; other European languages (preferably German) are a plus.
