What you will do

• Own an accelerator track end-to-end, driving vision, roadmap, and execution for agentic AI solutions.
• Translate complex agent architectures into intuitive, enterprise-ready products.
• Design agent workflows and orchestration patterns, including tool integrations and multi-agent collaboration.
• Define evaluation frameworks and success metrics for autonomous agent performance.
• Lead discovery and prioritization of high-value use cases within your track.
• Champion adoption and scalability, ensuring transferred solutions thrive post-handover.
• Build and mentor a product team for your track.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, including 2+ years building or shipping AI/ML products.
• Deep familiarity with LLMs and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) and modern tool-use patterns.
• Hands-on track record shipping products that incorporate autonomous or semi-autonomous AI systems with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience driving end-to-end product delivery within complex IT environments, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
• Technical fluency: able to read code, understand API design, and debate architecture trade-offs.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder leadership, translating between technical and business audiences.
• Bias for action and comfort operating in ambiguity within a fast-evolving space.
• Must be based in Germany for hybrid work, with office collaboration in Berlin, Essen, Hamburg, Hannover, Munich, or Würzburg.
