What you will do

• Proactively drive the roadmap by identifying opportunities and pushing initiatives forward.
• Shape the product by synthesizing insights from teams and customers, and driving it forward with research and validation.
• Define success by commercial impact and ROI, embracing the unit economics of the product.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch, balancing ambition with execution.
• Craft narratives that gain buy-in from leadership and align diverse teams.
• Spot inefficiencies, surface growth opportunities, and align diverse stakeholder needs.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in product management within B2B SaaS/fintech environments.
• Proven track record of taking full end-to-end responsibility for a product's success.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of designing systems and crafting data-informed narratives.
• Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders & teams, navigating conflicting priorities with data-backed perspective.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the product experience is cohesive and compliant.
• Fluency in English.
