Salary: $65,000 to $85,000

What you will do

• Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and IT assets within the data center region.
• Coordinate the shipping and receiving of IT materials and ensure their safe storage and distribution.
• Conduct ongoing audits of the asset inventory and make necessary updates to the records.
• Collaborate with the operations team to allocate resources efficiently and optimize utilization.
• Keep detailed records of inventory, shipments, and audits, and provide regular reports to management.
• Maintain open communication with various teams, including Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with asset management software.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
