What you will do

• Manage the entire lifecycle of big events from the initial contract to the final closing.
• Serve as the main point of contact between event organizers and internal teams.
• Coordinate various departments to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Communicate product and process needs to headquarters, working with product/engineering teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive Q&As for user support.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a project management role or consulting background; event experience is a plus.
• Fluent English and German.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Solution-focused with the ability to identify problem areas and create resolution plans.
• Strong communication skills and a track record of building positive working relationships.
• Highly organized and efficient.
