TL;DR

Implementation Manager (HRIS): Lead customer implementations of hirify.global's HR platform, aligning customer objectives with platform capabilities with an accent on project delivery, customer satisfaction, and long-term adoption. Focus on managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery within budget, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Location: Must be located in the Sydney Metro Area and willing to work in the Sydney office at least two days a week

What you will do

  • Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects for customers across various segments.
  • Own the customer relationship from point of sale through go-live, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead discovery sessions, capture customer requirements, and provide best-practice guidance.
  • Maintain detailed project plans and proactively communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure implementations remain on track, are delivered within budget, and meet customer satisfaction standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Solution Architects, and Account Management teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years managing customer-facing/HR projects and/or implementations.
  • Experience implementing HR SaaS or complex SaaS solutions for mid-market customers.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid commercial acumen and excellent client-facing communication skills.
  • Must be located in the Sydney Metro Area and willing to work in the Sydney office at least two days a week.
