What you will do

• Lead enterprise implementations of GRC software across global organizations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for executive stakeholders, building trusted relationships.
• Coordinate internal teams, including consultants, developers, product managers, and quality assurance.
• Identify project risks early, develop mitigation plans, and proactively manage challenges.
• Assess and refine delivery methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to identify opportunities for solution expansion and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years (Senior level: 8+ years) of project management experience in consulting, SaaS or enterprise software implementations, ideally in Risk, Compliance, or Information Security domains.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects within large organizations.
• Strong project governance and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent German and English (written and verbal); additional languages a plus.
