What you will do

  • Lead the strategic evolution of BMC’s Go-To-Market model, integrating Product-Led Sales principles to diversify revenue and expand market reach.
  • Design and execute cross-functional GTM programs that enable product-led and sales-led hybrid motions across customer segments.
  • Align Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations around shared metrics, growth priorities, and execution frameworks.
  • Partner with analytics and operations teams to build predictive models that link customer engagement, adoption, and usage to revenue outcomes.
  • Redesign GTM roles, coverage models, and engagement strategies across Product-Led Sales, SMB, and Enterprise segments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading GTM strategies that delivered measurable growth across evolving business models and product portfolios.
  • A strong blend of strategic consulting mindset and execution leadership, with the ability to translate vision into scalable operating models.
  • Deep comfort leveraging AI-driven analytics, predictive insights, and data to drive forward-looking decisions and real-time execution.
  • Exceptional stakeholder leadership skills, with credibility at both executive level and with frontline sales and GTM leaders.
  • Demonstrated success transforming GTM motions through Product-Led Sales and sales-led hybrid approaches.
