What you will do

• Own scheduling logistics across all teams and US/Costa Rica time zones.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to manage complex scheduling and communicate updates.
• Leverage Greenhouse for scheduling, tracking, and analytics.
• Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling challenges.
• Own new hire onboarding, including sending welcome emails and initiating background checks.
• Contribute to team projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Experienced: At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator.
• Highly organized: Balance multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
