What you will do

• Engage with executives to identify business challenges and translate research into actionable recommendations.
• Lead best practices in design, execution, process, and delivery of diagnostic and benchmarking surveys.
• Product manage and work directly with clients on deploying a proprietary hirify.global diagnostic product.
• Convert research and data analysis results into clear narratives and presentations.
• Lead the design and creation of primary data collection instruments and sampling methodologies.
• Present insights to hirify.global clients and help them solve their most critical priorities.

Requirements

• MBA or master’s degree in Economics / Statistics / other related fields.
• 2-4 years of experience at a leading research / data analytics / business intelligence / consulting firm.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading benchmarking studies and designing client-ready reports.
• Adept at deriving insights from structured data using various statistical methods.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with statistical concepts and in at least one statistical software package (R, Stata, SPSS, etc).
