What you will do

• Develop and implement scalable fraud detection and review systems.
• Utilize automation, machine learning, and human-in-the-loop processes to prioritize high-risk and high-prevalence cases.
• Conduct Trust & Safety and financial fraud investigations, resolving customer risks through root cause analysis and long-term remediation.
• Conduct data analysis and investigations to build operational metrics and monitoring systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in fraud detection models and risk management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launch integrity reviews and policy refinement for global regulatory compliance.
• Build technical architectures to enable scalable vendor review systems and create technical training programs addressing emerging AI risks.

Requirements

• Experience in developing and operating fraud detection, investigation, and risk management systems.
• Proficiency in using automation, machine learning, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and investigations.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term remediation for customer risks.
• Collaboration skills for working with engineering, research, product, and policy teams.
• Knowledge of global regulatory compliance.
