Salary: Targeted Base Salary Range for this role is $190,000 - $225,000

What you will do

• Develop and implement an information security vision and strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Lead strategic security planning, prioritizing initiatives using a risk-based assessment methodology.
• Oversee the enforcement of policies, procedures, and plans for system security and user access.
• Manage and contain information security incidents to protect IT assets and data.
• Monitor external threats, advise stakeholders, and manage disaster recovery policies.
• Manage the information security budget and organization, including hiring and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of experience in Senior People Leadership roles in Information Security and IT.
• Knowledge of common information security management frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and Cybersecurity Framework.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience securing complex, tech-forward cloud environments.
• Experience with ISO, SOC, and SOX compliance.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, GSEC, OSCP or relevant SANS certifications.
• Cloud Certifications (AWS/GCP Architecture level & Security Specialty).
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, COBIT.
