Marketing Assistant (Fintech): Providing day to day admin and operational support to the wider marketing team, with a focus on marketing activity that enables Distribution (sales) teams. Focus on coordinating sales events and supporting on wider brand and internal communications.

What you will do

  • Onboard new sales teams, providing sales collateral, presentations, merchandise, business cards, and training on marketing processes.
  • Administer HubSpot, supporting landing pages.
  • Coordinate vendors and suppliers, ensuring good value for money and maintaining good relationships.
  • Organise and attend regional sales events, expos & webinars – from researching topics, venues, speakers to coordinating logistics and insurance, to building invites, programmes and landing pages.
  • Process finance requests for approved sponsorships/events.
  • Support wider brand, PR, internal communications, employee experience & content production activity.

Requirements

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Appetite for learning, not afraid to dive in and problem solve from day one.
  • Confident communicator and natural people person, able to engage and communicate with senior stakeholders.
  • Delivery focused, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
  • Process minded and systems-oriented, with a knack for improving ways of working and driving efficiency.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data driven decisions.
