What you will do
- Facilitate the development and implementation of payment strategies for stable growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing payment service providers and onboard new partners.
- Participate in negotiations regarding terms, fees, and service levels with payment partners.
- Improve payment-related processes and facilitate prompt issue resolution.
- Monitor transaction performance and success rates, identifying and resolving issues quickly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, legal, finance, and marketing to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in payments, financial services, or business development, on a global level, preferably in the gaming or e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of managing relationships with payment service providers and financial institutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills in an uncertain, fast-paced environment.
- Project management experience and confidence in negotiations.
- Time management and planning skills.
