What you will do

• Facilitate the development and implementation of payment strategies for stable growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing payment service providers and onboard new partners.
• Participate in negotiations regarding terms, fees, and service levels with payment partners.
• Improve payment-related processes and facilitate prompt issue resolution.
• Monitor transaction performance and success rates, identifying and resolving issues quickly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, legal, finance, and marketing to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in payments, financial services, or business development, on a global level, preferably in the gaming or e-commerce industry.
• Proven track record of managing relationships with payment service providers and financial institutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills in an uncertain, fast-paced environment.
• Project management experience and confidence in negotiations.
• Time management and planning skills.
