What you will do

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including Linux/macOS devices, local GPU servers, Google Workspace, and MDM systems.
• Provide first-line technical support for the team, including technical onboarding/offboarding and access management.
• Build and maintain internal process automations using scripting (Python, Bash) and support AI-powered customer support workflows.
• Assist with SOC2 and ISO27001 compliance efforts, security policies, and access controls.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Linux and/or macOS system administration.
• Familiarity with networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls).
• Some experience with scripting (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace or similar productivity suites.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany.
