Senior Directory Services and M365 IT Engineer: Responsible for the management, security, system integration, and performance of directory services in the Microsoft and M365 environment with an accent on Active Directory and Azure Entra ID. Location: Berlin, Germany | Kassel, Germany. Flexible working hours with the option of hybrid working.

What you will do
- Operate and further develop Active Directory, Entra ID, OAuth, LDAP, and backup/migration tools, ensuring stability, integrity, and availability.
- Define and enforce policies for user accounts, permissions, and directory structures.
- Integrate directory services into existing IT systems and applications.
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements and apply best practices in identity and access management.
- Monitor and optimize performance and drive improvements in processes, tools, and automation.
- Manage backup, restore, and disaster recovery concepts for directory services.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent qualification.
- Certifications in Active Directory, Cloud, or AD/Cloud administration.
- Fluent German and English (minimum B2, ideally C1)
- Deep expertise in Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Modern Workplace.
- Experience with automation (Azure DevOps, Automation Accounts, PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible)
